    Warranty Coverage

    Effective from the date of product delivery, Njmfyswc provides a 12-month limited warranty service for its products.
    During the warranty period, if the product experiences quality issues—specifically those resulting from defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship—under conditions of normal use, we will provide a replacement service based on the specific circumstances.


    What is Covered

    This warranty applies to product quality issues arising under conditions of normal use, including but not limited to:
    • Products failing to power on or operate normally due to manufacturing defects;
    • Functional anomalies occurring during normal operation;
    • Electronic or mechanical failures not caused by human factors;
    • Performance issues confirmed to be caused by the manufacturing process or the materials themselves.
    We will review the nature of the issue and provide an appropriate resolution plan accordingly.


    What is NOT Covered

    Issues caused by the following circumstances are excluded from warranty coverage:
    • Damage resulting from human-induced factors, such as dropping, impact, crushing, or physical trauma;
    • Issues caused by misuse, improper operation, or failure to use the product in accordance with the provided instructions;
    • Malfunctions caused by exposure to liquids, humid environments, high-temperature environments, or by water ingress/moisture damage;
    • Normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic aging, or natural deterioration resulting from regular use;
    • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair, or by repairs performed by unauthorized personnel;
    • Damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to fire, flood, lightning strikes, etc.


    Warranty Claim Process

    If your product encounters an issue within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
    When submitting a claim, please provide the following information:
    • Order Number;
    • Description of the issue;
    • Clear photos or videos of the product (to help us verify the specific situation);
    • If applicable, photos of the product packaging or labels.

    Upon receipt of your email, we will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.
    Once it is confirmed that the issue meets the warranty criteria, we will arrange for a replacement service based on the specific circumstances. If necessary, we may provide further details regarding the resolution process.


    Beyond the Warranty Period

    Once the product has exceeded the 12-month warranty period, it is no longer eligible for free replacement services.
    Natural wear and tear or performance degradation resulting from long-term use—as well as issues caused by the usage environment or storage methods—are not covered under the warranty. To help ensure your product remains in optimal condition, we recommend that you store it properly and perform regular cleaning and maintenance in accordance with the user instructions. Please avoid subjecting the product to severe impacts, moisture, high temperatures, or prolonged exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
